Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: June 2026
1. Introduction
This statement is made voluntarily by Osapher (ABN 18 459 403 998), a software company registered in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It reflects our commitment to ethical operations and supply chain integrity in the spirit of the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018.
Osapher is currently below the statutory revenue threshold that mandates mandatory reporting under the Act. We publish this statement voluntarily because we believe transparency about modern slavery risk is consistent with our role as a compliance infrastructure provider.
2. Our Business
Osapher develops and operates software platforms for business identity verification and KYB compliance. Our team operates remotely from Australia. We do not manufacture physical goods, operate warehouses, or engage contractors in high-risk supply chain activities.
3. Our Supply Chain
Our primary supply chain consists of software infrastructure providers. Our principal sub-processors and vendors include:

4. Risk Assessment
Based on our current size and operations, we consider our modern slavery risk to be low. Osapher operates as a sole trader with no employees, engaging contractors under Australian law where applicable. Our technology vendors are based in jurisdictions including Australia, Germany, Singapore, and the United States, and we have not identified indicators of elevated modern slavery risk in our current supplier relationships.
We do not source physical goods, engage labour-intensive contractors, or operate in sectors or geographies commonly associated with elevated modern slavery risk.
5. Our Commitment
Osapher is committed to:
- Ensuring all staff are employed under fair, lawful employment conditions
- Not engaging vendors or contractors who knowingly benefit from forced labour, child labour, or human trafficking
