1. Source of Registry Data

Osapher accesses business identity data from:

• Australian Business Register (ABR) — operated by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
• New Zealand Business Number (NZBN) register — operated by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE)

Osapher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the ABR, ATO, AUSTRAC, MBIE, the New Zealand Companies Office, or the New Zealand Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

2. Data Accuracy

Registry data displayed by Osapher reflects information held by the relevant government registry at the time of query. Osapher does not modify or editorially alter the underlying registry data values. Osapher Enterprise generates a Fracture Score and related risk signals as a derived analysis based on registry data — this analysis does not replace a customer's own risk assessment or compliance judgment.

Osapher cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of registry data. The authoritative source for all ABN data is abr.business.gov.au. The authoritative source for all NZBN data is nzbn.govt.nz.

3. ABR Data Usage

Osapher accesses ABR data under the ABR's public data access terms. Users of Osapher who access ABR data through our platform agree to use that data in accordance with the ABR's terms of use, available at abr.business.gov.au/Tools/TermsOfUse.

4. NZBN Data Usage

Osapher accesses NZBN data under the NZBN register's public data access terms. Users agree to use NZBN data in accordance with MBIE's terms, available at nzbn.govt.nz/about-nzbn/terms-of-use.

5. No Legal Advice

Registry data provided by Osapher does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. For official registry verification, consult the relevant government registry directly. Osapher verification results must not be relied upon as the sole basis for AML/CTF compliance decisions. Regulated entities remain responsible for conducting their own customer due diligence in accordance with applicable law.

6. Enterprise KYB — Automated Processing Disclaimer

Osapher Enterprise operates as an automated processing layer over live government registry data. This includes direct queries to the ABR (Australian Business Register) and NZBN register (New Zealand Business Number), automated extraction of shareholding and director data from the NZBN API, and parsing of ASIC Company Extract PDFs uploaded by users. Osapher does not independently verify the accuracy of data contained in user-uploaded documents. Users are responsible for ensuring documents submitted for parsing are current, authentic, and obtained from authoritative sources.

The Fracture Score and verification results produced by Osapher Enterprise are risk signals derived from live government registry data. They do not constitute a legal determination of an entity's compliance status, beneficial ownership structure, or fitness for onboarding. VRNT-KYB certificates represent a point-in-time verification result and do not provide ongoing assurance of an entity's registration status. Enterprise Customers remain solely responsible for conducting appropriate customer due diligence and maintaining an AML/CTF program as required by applicable law, including the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) in Australia and the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 in New Zealand.
