Bulk Verification
Verify multiple entities at once using the Bulk Verification tool — upload a CSV, process results, and export certificates.
Overview
Bulk Verification allows compliance teams to verify multiple Australian or New Zealand businesses in a single operation. Instead of verifying entities one at a time, upload a CSV file containing ABNs or NZBNs and Osapher will process each entity against the relevant government registry.
Enterprise only
Bulk Verification is available on Enterprise plans only. Contact us at hello@osapher.com to discuss your requirements.
CSV Format
Your CSV file must include the following columns:
abn_or_nzbn,entity_name,jurisdiction
51824753556,Acme Pty Ltd,AU
9429041905213,Example Ltd,NZ- abn_or_nzbn — the ABN (11 digits) or NZBN (13 digits) of the entity
- entity_name — the expected legal entity name for cross-reference
- jurisdiction — AU for Australian entities, NZ for New Zealand entities
Maximum batch size
Each CSV upload supports up to 500 entities. For larger batches, use the API endpoint or split into multiple files.
Uploading and Processing
Go to the Bulk Verification page in the Enterprise portal and click Upload CSV. Select your file and click Process. Osapher will validate each row and begin verification. Processing time varies based on batch size — typically 2–5 minutes for 100 entities.
You will receive an email notification when processing is complete. Results are also available immediately in the portal.
Understanding Results
Each entity in the batch will receive one of the following verdicts:
- CLEAN — entity verified successfully, no risk signals detected
- REVIEW — entity verified but one or more risk signals require manual review
- REJECT — entity could not be verified or failed critical checks
Each result includes the Fracture Score, registry match confidence, and any specific risk signals detected during verification.
Exporting Results
Export bulk verification results as CSV or PDF from the results page. The export includes all entity details, verdicts, Fracture Scores, and certificate IDs where applicable. Results are retained in the portal for 90 days.
