SMB Quickstart

Run your first domain scan and get your Trust Score in under 5 minutes.

This guide is for businesses using the Osapher SMB platform at app.osapher.com.au. If you are a developer integrating the KYB API, see the Enterprise Quickstart instead.

Create your account

Go to app.osapher.com.au and sign up with your email address. No credit card is required — you get 3 free scans immediately.

Once signed in you will see the Core Audit dashboard. This is your main workspace for scanning domains and reviewing business data.

Run your first scan

Enter your business domain in the scan input — for example yourbusiness.com.au — and click Run Scan.

Osapher will:

  • Query the live ABR or NZBN registry to find your registered entity
  • Cross-reference your website schema, digital presence, and registry data
  • Calculate your Osapher Trust Score out of 100
  • Generate a verification record

The scan takes under 5 seconds for most Australian and New Zealand domains.

Free accounts include 3 scans per 30 days. Upgrade to Starter or Agency for unlimited scans and managed domain access.

Read your Trust Score

After a scan completes you will see your Osapher Trust Score — a number from 0 to 100. Higher is better.

The score is calculated from several categories:

  • Registry Identity — Is your ABN or NZBN active and correctly linked to your domain?
  • Schema Quality — Does your website have structured data that AI systems can read?
  • Digital Presence — Is your business discoverable across the web?
  • Certification — Do you have a valid Osapher Verification Certificate?

Each category shows a score and specific recommendations for improvement.

View your certificate

Once your scan passes AU/NZ registry verification, Osapher issues a Osapher Verification Certificate. This is a publicly verifiable verification record of your business audit.

Your certificate is accessible at:

You can share this URL with clients, partners, and marketplaces as proof of your verified business identity.

Install the WordPress plugin

If your website runs on WordPress, install the Osapher plugin to automatically embed your trust badge and keep your schema data up to date.

  1. Go to Settings in the Osapher app and copy your Plugin Key
  2. Download the plugin from osapher.com/wordpress-plugin
  3. Install and activate in your WordPress admin panel
  4. Paste your Plugin Key in the Osapher plugin settings
